Hannah Taylor copyedits and proofreads for Looseleaf. She attributes her extroverted nature to the multicultural atmosphere of the Bay Area, where she was raised.
Her desire for human connection inspired her to pursue publishing at Brigham Young University and the Columbia Publishing Course. As a student, she edited and typeset for various publications, including Y Magazine, McKay Today, AWE (A Woman’s Experience), and Stowaway Magazine, experiences that sparked her interest in magazines and visual publications.
Outside of Looseleaf, she works as a copyeditor and proofreader for a marketing team at DAC Group.
When she’s not promoting the virtues of the Oxford comma, Hannah loves paddleboarding, studying interior design, finding the best fish tacos, and touring historic homes. Her love of history and a good story came in handy when she worked as a tour guide at the Winchester Mystery House, a Victorian architectural wonder and landmark in San Jose, CA. She looks forward to her next treasure hunt at a used bookstore.
